The following settings must be completed on your Stripe Dashboard by you

1. Email Settings (Required)

Please log in to your Stripe Dashboard and go to:

Email notifications must be enabled to ensure you receive settlement, dispute, and payment-related alerts.

2. Timezone Settings (Required)

Please navigate to:

Make sure the timezone matches your operational timezone (e.g., Australia/Sydney).

Incorrect timezone may cause settlement delays or date mismatches.

Update Bank Details for Settlement (Only if bank account has changed)

If your bank account has changed, please update your settlement bank details under:

Settings → Bank Accounts This ensures payouts are correctly settled to your current bank account.
