Network printer use local area network(LAN), often installed in the kitchen or bar for the restaurant, Cafe, takeaway shop, etc

When kitchen/bar printer does not respond even if you placed orders.

When Network printer start building up the Queue, could occur significant delay on other device and printers

First place you would need to check is:

Step 1 : check “Print Queue”

Step 2 : “Delete All data” by selecting this option, clear up all network printer queue that helps other printers can communicate without delay.

NOTE! : Please note which printer has been queued in Print Queue Manager

Step 3 : Check current print setting from Backoffice

The path is Backoffice → Setting → General Settings → “Printer” tab
