1. My EFTPOS machine cannot process a payment OR it displays PINPAD OFFLINE error message

STEP 1

To perform a full reboot of the pinpad by doing the following:

  1. Remove EFTPOS from base unit (If it has one)
  2. Hold down "Function & Clear" at the same time
  3. Allow the machine to go blue, it will boot up
  4. If the screen remains black, hold down the green key
  5. Remove Power cable from bottom of base
  6. Replace power cable to base immediately
  7. Place EFTPOS handset on base
  8. Allow it to boot

  1. press the upside arrow

  2. Double Click(With mouse) OR Double Tap(Touch screen) on ā€œCā€ Icon

    *(In normal operation, it should be in green)
