Use this procedure only when the POS is stuck at the BIOS screen, displays a "No Boot Device" error, or repeatedly fails to boot into Windows. Reseating the SSD can resolve issues caused by a loose connection. If the problem persists after reconnecting the SSD, the SSD or the POS hardware may require replacement.

Please turn the POS off first.

Then follow the instructions in the attached photos:

  1. Open the rear cover by pressing both "PUSH" tabs and lifting the cover upward.

  2. Remove the Hard Drive (SSD), then firmly reconnect it.

  3. Turn the POS back on and check if it boots normally.

If the issue still persists after reconnecting the SSD, the SSD may need to be replaced, or the POS itself may need to be replaced.

Check if the SSD is Detected (F11 Boot Menu)

  1. Turn the POS on.
  2. Immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until the Boot Menu appears.
  3. Check whether "Windows Boot Manager" or the Hard Drive (SSD) is listed.
